Mastery: Savant is the Mastery for Arcane mages, improved by the mastery secondary stat. It is learned at level 10.

Notes

Every 1% mastery gained increases mana regeneration and maximum mana by 1%, Arcane Charges' damage effect on Arcane Blast by 0.5% and Arcane Barrage by 0.25%, and all other arcane damage dealt by 0.83%.

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now has an additional effect – Increases all other Arcane damage. Now learned at level 10 (was 78).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Arcane Charges now increase the damage of Arcane Blast by an additional 4.8% and Arcane Barrage by 2.4%.
Old: Arcane Charges increase the damage of affected spells by 4.8%.
Hotfix (2016-09-23): Mastery effects increased by 20%.
