Highlord's Judgment is the Retribution paladin Mastery, improved by the mastery stat. It increases the Holy damage done by the paladin.

Patch changes

Hotfix (2024-09-03): Reduced by 10%.
Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Renamed from Mastery: Hand of Light. Now also causes [Judgment] to have a chance to blast the target with the Light, dealing Holy damage.
Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Now provides less Holy damage bonus per point in Mastery.
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 10 (was 78).
