Master Angler Ju Lien is a pandaren quest giver located on the shoreline west of Soggy's Gamble in the Dread Wastes. Adventurers are sent to help him with his fishing lines, but shortly after he ends up being kidnapped by the kraken Jiao.[1] After Jiao is defeated, Ju Lien safely swims back to shore along with an unexpected find—a chunk of amber containing Ka'roz the Locust.[2]

- At the end of [30-35] Mazu's Bounty, Ju Lien claims he'll go back to his old spot and his fishing lines. However, when he reaches the cape, he permanently despawns and is never seen again.
