Marin Noggenfogger's Lucky Coin can be turned in to Marin Noggenfogger and will reward the player with 3 choices of items that usually are the same as when   [10-45] A Ticket for Marin is turned in. Unlike the quest equivalent, the coin won't announce any type of pop-up, and must be manually turned in with  Marin, I found this coin that has your name on it.
