Mana Snappers are mana wyrms located throughout the Netherstorm.
Abilities
De-Materialize — Dissipates into the latent nether energy of the area.
Mana Burn — Consumes up to 50 mana from an enemy over 5 sec. For each point of mana consumed, the target takes 1 damage.
Phase Slip — Frees the caster from any bonds.
Phase Slip Vulnerability — Armor reduced by 2000.
