Magi's Brandis a conduit for Arcane mages. It drops from Artificer Xy'mox in Castle Nathria, Mistcaller in the Mists of Tirna Scithe, and the Vigilant Guardian in the Sepulcher of the First Ones]].
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
