Luanga the Imprisoner is an arakkoa found in Terokkar Forest. He has cursed Skywing into parrot form.
The magical energies released during Skywing's transformation back into his true arakkoa form liberated 
[Miniwing], a fledgling bird imprisoned by Luanga in order to power his fowl curse.[1]
Abilities
Arakkoa Blast — Blasts an enemy with Arcane magic, inflicting normal damage plus 0 and knocking the enemy back.
Chain Lightning — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, inflicting less Nature damage to each successive target.
Lightning Cloud — Creates a cloud of lightning that lasts 15 sec., blasting all enemies in a selected area for Nature damage every 5 sec.
Shock — Instantly throws a bolt of lightning at an enemy, inflicting Nature damage.
