Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Using Loot-A-Rang now requires 1 Engineering skill (was 125). 
Hotfix (2016-09-28): Loot-a-rang should no longer break hostile players' stealth. - Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Changed to a toy and can be found in the toy box.
