The longrunners are a class of taunka located at Borean Tundra and Howling Fjord in Northrend.
Several longrunners told Chieftain Ashtotem about the vrykul that have awakened in Gjalerbron in Howling Fjord.[1] Others went with Sage Mistwalker to the Steel Gate.[2] Some of them have been risen and now fight for the Scourge.[3]
As of the Cataclysm, longrunners were also seen in the ranks of the tauren in Feralas, working for Chief Spirithorn. They reported the Gordunni activity to him.[4]
