Locus of Power
Channel arcane power for 4 sec. Every 0.40 sec, infuse yourself and 2 allies within 50 yards with Haste, Critical Strike, and Mastery for 30 sec. - "Only fits in a meta gem slot."
Locus of Power is a meta gem in Pandaria Remix. It can drop from any creature, be contained in a 
[Cache of Infinite Treasure], or the 
[Asynchronized Meta Gem], purchased from Lidamorrutu for 500 
[Bronze], has a chance of creating this gem.
