Tarecgosa's Visage

Lingering Echo of Tarecgosa is a quest reward from  [70] Rhapsody in Blue. It teaches the player how to transform as [Tarecgosa's Visage] and it will now be available in the Mount Journal, eliminating the need for the staff,  [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest].

Farewell, Tarecgosa. A dear sister, hero, student, and teacher. Though blood does not bind us, you will always be family. May your soul find its place soaring among the stars.

Notes

• The mount requires the quest  [70] Rhapsody in Blue to be completed to use it. The quest can't be completed for those who can't obtain the legendary staff.
