Lil' Nefarian is a Nefarian-themed whelp that was obtainable from the 
[Anniversary Gift], which is mailed to the player during 
[WoW's 15th Anniversary].
It can also be listed on the Black Market by Majordomo Executus.

This pocket-sized Lord of Blackrock is too small to call out any classes, but he can still dish up a good insult.
