Lighthouse (Battle for Gilneas)

The Lighthouse is one of the three capture points in the Battle for Gilneas battleground. It is located near the exit of the Gilnean Stronghold and The Overlook.

It is often the first point captured by the Alliance due to its proximity to their starting point.

Notes

• The point itself is actually located in a small base near the Lighthouse building. The bridge to the lighthouse has been damaged from the combat, and when controlled by either side, NPCs can be found working on repairing it.
• While it is possible to just be coincidence, there seems to be a nod to each town from the Gilneas zone in the Battle for Gilneas. The Lighthouse may be a nod to Tempest's Reach in Gilneas, which is known for its lighthouse, or Galewatch Lighthouse.
