Liberated Furbolg Artifacts drop from humanoid and tarasek Primalists and furbolgs while on 
[70] Academic Acquisitions at Vakthros Range [76, 38], the Rustpine Den [61, 52], Imbu [58, 67], and Shiverweb Vale [50, 62].
Note that players are not required to be on [70] Additional Academic Acquisitions, so pre-looting a stack of artifacts then turning them all in at once will be significantly faster than ferrying five at a time!
