Despite being removed from all recipes and deprecated in patch 1.12.0, it continued to be available on poison vendors until patch 3.0.2. Curiously, it was removed from poison vendors on Classic servers, but not on Burning Crusade Classic servers.

Patch 1.12.0 (2006-08-22): Lethargy Root has been removed from poison vendors and is now a gray item.
