The Legion of Anguish were led by Sagra'nel, who served under the Mistress of Torment. The Legion of Anguish was tasked with protecting and securing Magtheridon's Black Temple against any enemy who would attack the Lord of Outland. When the Illidari invaded in order to remove the pit lord from power, the Legion of Anguish was defeated with both Sagra'nel and their mistress killed.[1]
It is assumed that any surviving fel orcs eventually joined the Fel Horde under Warchief Kargath Bladefist.
