Patch changes

Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Lawbringer (PvP Talent) has been slightly redesigned – Damage increased to 10% of max health and the debuff duration increased to 1 minute, but no longer deals its damage to the primary target of your Judgement (was 5% of max health and the debuff lasted 45 seconds, and could be repeated on the same target to deal the bonus damage to that target).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 10 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-06-13): Lawbringer's duration increased to 45 seconds (was 30 seconds).
Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Lawbringer is now applied to all initial targets hit by Judgment. This does not work with spreading effects such as [Judge Unworthy].
Hotfix (2017-05-22): Damage from Lawbringer can no longer cause Judge Unworthy to spread Judgment.
Patch 7.2.0 (2017-03-28): No longer damages targets that are under the effects of crowd-control abilities that break on damage.
