Korthite Crystals are potentially awarded from Korthia daily quests once they're unlocked as part of the Chains of Domination campaign. Blacksmiths, jewelcrafters, leatherworkers, and tailors use Korthite Crystals as a reagent for the 
[Vestige of Origins]. The Vestige is used to increase the base item level of Shadowlands legendary items crafted by the Runecarver.
