KTC Oil Platform is an oil rig found on the northern shores of the Lost Isles. It is crawling with goblin oil bots and Chip Endale, who operates the platform. Several of the boards on it are not cut to the right length.
Trade Prince Gallywix took this oil platform from the Town-In-A-Box and is using it to get oil for his machines. It is identified in some quests as an oil refinery.[1]
