Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): No longer has a Use effect; now is a standard quest item.

  Previously could cure diseases and poisons.
  

• Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Use effect now has a chance to fail for higher-leveled players.
  
• Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): Fixed a bug with Jungle Remedy that was causing it to be on the non-combat potion timer of three seconds. It is now on the combat potion timer of two minutes.
