A Jug of Aged Ironwine is found at [65.5, 11.4] in a cave at the southern end of the Orunai Delta beneath the Frostwolf Overlook in northwestern Talador. "Guarding" the jug is Murdor the Drunk, who is having an animated conversation with a skeleton. Loot the container for 15 
[Jug of Ironwine].
Tracking quest
To check whether the jug has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:

If a "true" appears in the chat window, the jug has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
