Judgment's Flame is an unbound fire elemental created from the unleashed energies of 
[Light's Wrath] and who appears at the Librarium in the Beyond during 
[10-45] The Nexus Vault.
Abilities
Diffusion — Sacrifices 15% of the caster's health to inflict Fire damage to enemies.
Replenishing Flames — Completely heal self over 10 seconds.
Strategy
Judgment's Flame will regularly use Replenishing Flames to completely restore its health. The only effective way to defeat it is to follow Azuregos' advice and use 
[Mind Control] on the elemental and then repeatedly use Diffusion to force it to sacrifice its own health until it dies.
