Jaina's Locket is rewarded from 
[30] Jaina's Locket. It creates a portal which teleports other members of your group directly to Dalaran City in Northrend, and has a 1 hour cooldown.
Like the other rewards, this item cannot be sold to vendors, but can be mailed to other characters, or sold and bought on the Auction House, usually at considerable prices to this day.
Notes
The 
[Ring of the Kirin Tor] has a similar effect, and likewise does not share a cooldown with the 
[Hearthstone], albeit teleporting only the wielder. Although the ring is available to all players, it is sold for 8500
at neutral reputation.
