It's Not Easy Being Green is a dungeon & raids achievement earned for not getting hit by Bloodvenom, Pool of Acrid Tears, or Venomous Effusion in the High Priest Venoxis encounter in Zul'Gurub on Heroic difficulty.
Venoxis will only cast these abilities after transforming, starting stage two of his encounter. This occurs about 30 seconds after being engaged.
