Patch changes

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Removed.
Hotfix (2018-08-23): No longer incorrectly increases the haste gained by [Incarnation: Chosen of Elune].
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 4 honor talent).
Hotfix (2017-07-24): Now grants an additional 25% armor (was 50%).
Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Added.
