Patch changes

Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Now a choice node with [Intent to Kill].
Hotfix (2023-01-09): Damage reduction debuff now has a PvP duration of 4 seconds (was 8 seconds).
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now causes [Garrote] to silence the target for 6 seconds when used from Stealth (previously increased the silence duration by 3 seconds). Now a row 6 Assassination talent (was a level 40 Assassination talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 40 (was 75).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Renamed from Thuggee to Iron Wire. Redesigned: Now increases the duration of Garrote's silence, and Garrote reduces damage dealt.
