The purified Idol of Aviana in the Dreamgrove.

The Idol of Aviana was long stored at the Shrine of Aviana in Mount Hyjal. Druids are able to assume their flight form by utilizing its connection to the Wild God Aviana.

During the third invasion of the Burning Legion, it was stolen by the nathrezim Infazzar the Shade.[1] In addition to cutting the druids off from their flight form, Infazzar corrupted the idol as part of a plot to assault Dalaran with fel harpies. Infazzar was slain by Thisalee Crow and the Archdruid of the Dreamgrove and the corrupted idol brought to the Dreamgrove, where the assembled druids were able to purify it of Infazzar's corruption.[2]
