Iceheart is an unbound water elemental located in Island Expeditions.
Abilities
Frost Familiar — Conjures a ball of ice that protects the caster for 30 sec. When the summoner is attacked the ball has a chance to strike an enemy for Frost damage.
Water Bolt Volley — Fires of a volley of water at enemies, inflicting Frost damage.
