The Iceborn Conjurer is a lich found at the northern end of the Frostwing Halls in Icecrown Citadel during 
[10-45] The Frozen Flame. She is initially spamming Chilling Winds to push the player back, alternating between casting it in the middle portion of the hall and casting it in the western and eastern parts. When the player engages her in combat, she stops casting Chilling Winds and switches to using regular Frost spells.
Abilities
Chilling Winds — Freezing Winds push you back.
Blizzard — Calls down a blizzard that lasts 8 sec., inflicting Frost damage every 2 sec. to all enemies in a selected area.
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 4 sec.
Ice Lance — Deals Frost damage to an enemy target. Causes double damage against Frozen targets.
