Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): Removed from the global cooldown to match [Icy Veins], the ability it replaces.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now a PvP talent (was a rank 46 honor talent.
Hotfix (2016-11-03): Now has a 60 second cooldown.
Hotfix (2016-10-13): Now has a 60 second cooldown (was 45 seconds). Can no longer be cast while stunned. Will now cause the mage to be immune to only stuns, instead of other unintended crowd-control effects, such as [Paralysis].

Developers' Notes: [These] fixes should reduce [Frost Form's] uptime, which was too high.
