Hozzer is a polar bear usually encountered during the quest  [10-30G3] The Jig is Up, wherein he devours Jonah Sterling, spyglass and all. You then have to kill Hozzer to get the spyglass back.

Abilities

•  Knockback — Knocks away all targets in front of the caster.
•  Maul — Adds 150 damage to the next attack.

Trivia

Hozzer's name is likely a reference to the word 'hoser', a word commonly associated with Canadians and popularized by the comedy show, SCTV.
