Fe-Feng Wisemen can be found on the Ridge of Laughing Winds on the Wandering Isle. They defile Elder Shaopai's scrolls of wisdom by painting their own wisdom over the pandaren ones.
Abilities
Hozen Shock (2 sec cast) — Inflicts 50 Nature damage to the target.
Paint it Red! (2 sec cast) — Inflict offensive painting for 27 to 32 Physical damage. Applies the buff:

- Covered in paint.
- Duration: 10 seconds
