Hozen Rummagers inhabited the site of the Wreck of the Sky Shark in the Jade Forest before the zeppelin crashed into the continent. Likely enraged by the sudden explosions and rapid influx of strange people, they have reacted violently against the Horde survivors. They can be found primarily within the hozen camps, and are the only ones of their kind in the area that are both armed and armored.
