Patch changes

Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Now has an additional effect – Also makes your next Breath of Fire incapacitate targets after purifying 100% of your max health.
Patch 8.2.0 (2019-06-25): Hot Trub now splits its damage among all enemies hit.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 40 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-03-07): Hot Trub's damage is now capped at 20% of the Monk's maximum health, will no longer critically strike, and is no longer being increased by the caster's damage multipliers.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Now deals 50% of purified [Stagger] damage to nearby targets (was 25%).
