The Horde of Agony were led by Maim, who served under the Master of Pain. The Horde of Agony was tasked with protecting and securing Magtheridon's Black Temple against any enemy who would attack the Lord of Outland. When the Illidari invaded in order to remove the pit lord from power, the Horde of Agony was defeated with both Maim and their master killed.[1]
It is assumed that any surviving fel orcs eventually joined the Fel Horde under Warchief Kargath Bladefist.
