The Horde Water Barrel can be found on the western shore of Ethereal Lake in the Jade Forest, very close to where Sergeant Gorrok is standing. Players fill the barrel with water to eventually put out the fires at the nearby Wreck of the Sky Shark, snuffing any flames that might attract unwanted attention.
