Highmaul Relics are reputation items for the Steamwheedle Preservation Society. They can be traded to Sallee Silverclamp at the Ruins of Na'gwa for 350 reputation.

This item drops from most elite mobs in Nagrand. They can also be found in a Highmaul Reliquary, or from the garrison mission Combat Errand for the SPS.
