Highborne Arcanists are night elf ghosts of the Highborne located in Nazjatar. Some initially refused to believe that Queen Azshara abandoned them and their city, but Shandris Feathermoon sent an Alliance adventurer to comfort them and tell them of Azshara's betrayal.[1]
Abilities
Arcane Blast — Inflicts Arcane damage to an enemy.
Unstable Energy — Summon a sphere of unstable energy that inflicts 10 Arcane damage to enemies within 2.5 every 1.5 sec.
