Inquisitor's Torment — Torment's nearby enemies, inflicting Shadow damage every 1 sec. This effect stacks. At 4 applications, Inquisitor's Torment becomes Tormented, inflicting increased Shadow damage and increasing damage taken from all other inquisitor abilities by 500% for 2 min.
Tormented — The inquisitor's torment builds to a fever pitch, inflicting Shadow damage every 1 sec and increasing damage taken from the inquisitor's other abilities by 500% for 2 min.
