High-Capacity Decoction Conduit was forged and constructed by Alard Schmied on the order and specifications from Deucus Valdera, using the following ingredients at Alard's Forge:

•  [Sabelite Sulfate]
•  [Dragur Dust]
•  [Flask of the Seventh Demon]
•  [Nythendra's Heart]

Deucus then replaced his broken conduit with this new and stronger one in the Agronomical Apothecary in Dalaran.
