Notes
The 5 minute cooldown of the fireball makes that feature more of a novelty than anything else; however, even without the fireball, this is a very nice helm for its level.
Patch changes
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14):
- Armor squished from 174 to 17.
- Agility squished from 21 to 19.
- Stamina squished from 11 to 10.
- Fire resistance squished from 5 to 4.
- Fire ball damage squished from 441 to 559 to 446. The additional damage has been squished from 40 to 36 over 8 sec.
- Sell price increased from 1 8 19 to 1 51 19.
Patch 2.4.2 (2008-05-13): Has had its casting range reduced. 
Patch 1.4.0 (2005-04-19): Requirements to make the Helm of Fire were reduced.
