Heart of Destruction is a subzone of the Stonecore. High Priestess Azil and her countless Devout Followers are fought here. This location is where Deathwing recovered and had his new plates fused to his form, as seen in the Cataclysm cinematic, and his old plates can be seen strewn about the area. Of course, the damage to the top of the Temple of Earth begins here. It is called the "World's Heart" by Ozruk.
