This gryphon was the runt of its pride, left behind when its brethren were sent for training. Today, however, it is ready to prove its worth.

Notes and trivia

• Learning this mount does not teach the Horde-equivalent mount,  [Scarlet Pterrordax].
• During PTR, this item was renamed from Reins of the Sprightly Proudmoore Gryphon. Its mount journal was also changed from "A Gryphon left behind when its brethren were sent for training, it is ready to prove that it is a worthy flier."
