Han Stormstout is a pandaren of the prestigious Stormstout dynasty, and one of the few Stormstout members to venture into the Dread Wastes. Though encased in amber when you meet him, you can release him by pouring a 
[Mug of Dreadbrew] on the amber.
Han can be later seen in the Celestial Court in the Timeless Isle.
During the Burning Legion's third invasion, he traveled to the Wandering Isle and was seen in the Laughing Crane.
During the Assault in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, he was located in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Trivia
Given his name and his state of being completely encased in amber, he is a reference to the 1980 Star Wars movie, The Empire Strikes Back, in which Han Solo is completely entombed in carbonite.
