Halga Steelbarrow is a dwarf warrior who wanders around Dalaran and acts like a player (using 
[Hearthstone], training professions, checking the bank, etc.).
After the fall of Dalaran, she could be found at the Forgegrounds in Dornogal.
Notes
- In the Broken Isles version of Dalaran, she wears the tier 18 warrior set,
[Steelbreaker's Embrace]. - Sometimes, she may spawn twice, going to two places at the same time.
