Guarmageddon is awarded to players who kill all five of Ylva's offspring in Helgarde Keep of the Maw: Frekki, Girs, Hrodvetni, Vargir, and Vanargun, before defeating her. Each offspring killed will debuff the player with a stack of:
Blood of the Pack — Angered the Mate of Guarm, increasing damage taken from her attacks by 10%. 10 minute debuff
Bring a group. And a healer. She already hits hard and five stacks of the debuff makes her hit even harder.
