Abilities
Dissonant Magic — A burst of magic inflicts 565 Arcane damage to all enemies, causing them to suffer an additional 180 Arcane damage every 2 sec for 10 sec. This effect stacks.
Polymorph Bomb — An arcane bomb of magical energy surrounds a target. Upon removal, transforms all other players within 10 yds into harmless sheep for 6 sec.
Power Drain — Drains an enemy's power, reducing their damage dealt by 90% for 20 sec. The power travels into their nearest ally within 10 yds, increasing their damage done by 90%.
