Dread Bindings — Ties the souls of all nearby enemies to the caster, inflicting Shadow damage and reducing movement speed by 25% for 15 sec. Moving away from the caster breaks the shackles.
Gloom Burst — Blasts the enemy with Shadow energy, inflicting 4122 Shadow damage
Overbearing Presence — The caster's presence becomes overwhelming to all nearby enemies, reducing their damage done by 2% and healing done by 2% for until canceled. This effect stacks.
Sanctified Mists — Increases damage done by 50%.
