Gold Pickup Schedule begins the quest 
[1-30] The Collector (retail) or [10] The Collector (Classic). On retail, it drops from James Clark in Elwynn Forest. In Classic, it can drop from Riverpaw Runts, Riverpaw Outrunners, Hogger, or Gruff Swiftbite in Elwynn Forest. Gruff Swiftbite offers a much higher droprate than the other gnolls since he's a rare mob.
Once you accept the quest, this item turns into 
[The Collector's Schedule].
