Gnopetto Bizzfuse was a gnome inventor who created the Blingtron unit. He worked from his workshop in Tanaris until he died several years before the third invasion of the Burning Legion when the sea arose. Winkey, also found in Tanaris, directed engineering adventurers to his sunken workshop.[1]
